I have been busy this week. Stressfully so, but it’s also good.
We had our annual chili cookoff at work. One of our co-workers and I talked about your entry last year. I remember you being so excited about it. I stand by it being a good idea, and he and I were talking about how to actually make it work.
Things still aren’t the same without you. Of course, they never will be, but I’m still surprised by it sometimes.
I’ve started singing with a co-worker who plays guitar, and now my living room is full of real musical instruments and paraphernalia, rather than just the Rock Band variety. I think you’d be proud of me for it. He may even start teaching me the bass.
I miss you. Still. Always.
